Unha Igrexa en festa: ordenación sacerdotal de Víctor Andrés Segura

Bishop Fernando García Cadiñanos ordained deacon Víctor Andrés Segura as a priest on Saturday, September 19, at the Mondoñedo Cathedral.

The ceremony included participation from the Interdiocesan Seminary trainers and various priests from the diocese and surrounding areas. Segura's family traveled from Colombia to attend the event, which also included friends and parishioners from the communities where he previously served.

Segura will serve the Viveiro pastoral unit, specifically the parishes of O Barqueiro, Mañón, and O Vicedo. A group of deaf individuals attended the ordination with an interpreter, following Segura's previous pastoral work with them. The Diocese of Mondoñedo-Ferrol broadcast the celebration live on its official YouTube channel.
