Verbum Publications publishes This Festival Divine

Verbum Publications has released This Festival Divine, a new book by Charlie Bohan-Hurst that offers reflections on the Blessed Sacrament. The volume collects a series of weekly newsletters originally published at St Pancras during the six months leading up to the Ipswich Deanery Eucharistic Congress.

The book examines the Lauda Sion, the sequence used during the Mass for the feast of Corpus Christi. Bohan-Hurst provides a verse by verse analysis of the centuries old hymn to explain the theological treasures within the text. The work explores the liturgical celebration of the presence of Jesus Christ in the Holy Eucharist.
