Visita pastoral de Monseñor Juan Carlos Huaygua a Apolo

Bishop Juan Carlos Huaygua Oropeza visited the Immaculate Conception Parish in Apolo from September 17 to 20. The Bishop of Coroico traveled through various communities in the region to administer sacraments and meet with pastoral groups and the local school community.

During the four day visit, Bishop Huaygua consecrated two new chapels in the communities of Suyo Suyo and Ubia to provide local parishioners with dedicated spaces for worship. He also presided over Confirmation ceremonies for several groups of faithful in Santa Catalina, Puchahui, the local military regiment, and the town of Apolo.

The bishop's schedule included meetings with students and local community members to encourage spiritual life and dialogue within the parish jurisdiction.
