Wisconsin Catholic Conference Announces Leadership Changes

The Wisconsin Catholic Conference has named David Earleywine as its new executive director. Earleywine, who has served as an associate director for the organization since 2022, previously managed issues related to religious liberty and education.

He succeeds Barbara Sella, who retired on August 31 after working with the conference since 2002 and serving as executive director for the last four years. The conference also appointed Ryan Keisling as an associate director on September 1. Keisling previously worked in youth ministry at St. Joseph Church in Baraboo.

The Wisconsin Catholic Conference represents the five Roman Catholic dioceses in Wisconsin on statewide matters and public policy.
