The Diocese of Jaffna commemorated the 20th anniversary of the enforced disappearance of Rev. Fr. Thiruchelvam Nihal Jim Brown and Vensilos Vincent Vimalathas. A procession and memorial service were held at St. Philip Neri’s Church in Allaipiddy, Jaffna. The event included a moment of silence and remembrance speeches.
