Bydgoszcz diocese thanks Ks. Wojciech Przybyły for 23 years of service as Caritas director. He is stepping down by decision of the Bydgoszcz bishop. The diocese also marked 30 years of Warsztatów Terapii Zajęciowej 'Tęcza' activity.
