Diocese of Huelva opens DECA course registration

The Diocese of Huelva has opened registration for DECA courses at the Instituto Teológico San Leandro. The courses are a requirement for teaching religion in schools. The Conferencia Episcopal Española mandates the courses for teachers of religion.
