Annual Diocesan Respect Life Luncheon honors parish leaders and ministries

The Diocese of Phoenix Office of Respect Life Ministries held its annual luncheon on Sept. 11 at St. Francis Xavier Parish in Phoenix. The event gathered more than 200 leaders from across the diocese, including priests, deacons, seminarians, members of religious communities, and lay leaders.

More than 25 organizations and 50 parish representatives attended to discuss ministries such as senior adult care, chaplaincy, supporting mothers in need, and sanctity of life programs. Presenters included Bishop John Dolan, Bishop Eduardo Nevares, Fr. Andrés Arango, Ron Johnson, and Sr. Bethany Madonna S.V. Noel Diaz from El Sembrador Ministries in Los Angeles served as the keynote speaker.
