Pope proclaims Universal Year of St. Francis

Pope Leo XIV proclaimed a Universal Year of St. Francis from January 10, 2026, to January 10, 2027. Three parishes in Arkansas have been designated as pilgrimage churches. Catholics can visit these churches to obtain a plenary indulgence under certain conditions.
