Apostolic Nuncio concludes his visit to the Archdiocese in Coventry

Archbishop Miguel Maury Buendía, the Apostolic Nuncio, visited the Coventry and Nuneaton Deanery on Wednesday, September 9.

The Archbishop began his visit at Coventry Cathedral, where Acting Dean Canon Kate Massey led a tour. Following the tour, Archbishop Buendía joined in praying the Coventry Litany of Reconciliation in the Chapel of Unity. During the visit, Canon Massey presented him with a model of the Vasconcellos Reconciliation statue to celebrate the friendship between the churches and their shared work for peace.

Archbishop Buendía then traveled to Christ the King Church to preside at Midday Prayer. He was joined by Archbishop Bernard, Bishop Richard, various priests and religious members from the deanery, and students from local primary and secondary schools.
