Bishop Jānis Bulis celebrates Mass, confirms 100

Bishop Jānis Bulis of Rēzeknes-Aglonas diocese celebrated Mass and conferred the Sacrament of Confirmation at Daugavpils Dievmātes parish. The parish marked the 100th anniversary of the church's consecration. The bishop conducted a canonical visitation during the celebrations.
