Diocese of Scranton asks representatives to support TPS holders and Dreamers

The Diocese of Scranton is asking people to contact their representatives to support the American Dream and Promise Act (H.R. 1589). This bill was reintroduced in the U.S. House of Representatives at the start of the 119th Congress to provide a solution for Dreamers and TPS holders.

Dan Gallagher of the diocese stated that the bill has passed the House on a bipartisan basis during previous congresses and has received support from a wide cross-section of the American public.
