Congress forms anti-trafficking caucus

Reps. Chris Smith and Kweisi Mfume announce the formation of the bipartisan Frederick Douglass Trafficking Victims Protection and Prevention Caucus. Nearly 27 million people worldwide are trapped in forms of forced labor and human bondage. The caucus is formed on World Day Against Trafficking in Persons.
