Bishop Kwak: Faith always begins with an encounter, even in the age of artificial intelligence

Bishop Germanus Kwak Jin-Sang of the Diocese of Suwon says faith can arise from a real encounter, even in the age of artificial intelligence. He envisions fruitful encounters between young people and Korean families during World Youth Day in Seoul in 2027. Kwak was appointed Auxiliary Bishop of Suwon in 2025 and received episcopal ordination in 2026.
