Pope names Piotr Pytlowany bishop of Karaganda

Pope appoints Piotr Pytlowany as bishop of Karaganda diocese in Kazakhstan. Pytlowany, 57, has served in Kazakhstan for 31 years. He was previously a parish priest and rector of a seminary.
