Bohoslužby v angličtině od září v Ostravě

The Diocese of Ostrava-Opava is introducing English-language services in Ostrava starting this September. Working with the Ostrava-Poruba parish, the diocese will hold these services every third Saturday of the month at the parish church in Ostrava-Poruba.

The decision addresses the needs of a growing number of foreign residents moving to Ostrava for work and study. These individuals previously lacked a place to celebrate Mass in a language they could understand if the Czech language was a barrier.
