Bishop Krzysztof Włodarczyk celebrated the annual feast of Podwyższenia Krzyża Świętego during a Mass at the Sanktuarium Krzyża Świętego in Kcyni.

During the liturgy, Bishop Włodarczyk of Bydgoszcz described the cross as the most important sign the Church can show the world. He stated that the cross should be exalted by being carried in processions, hung on the walls of homes and schools, worn on the chest, and traced on the forehead. He added that the cross serves as a sign of love that cannot be hidden.
