Diocese of Essen opens farm kindergarten

The Diocese of Essen has opened a new kindergarten, Hof Holz, in Gelsenkirchen. The kindergarten combines early childhood education with nature and experiential education, mostly outdoors. Children can pet sheep, pick plums, and balance on a slackline.
