Bishop of Mindelo publishes pastoral appointments

The Bishop of Mindelo has published the Decree of Pastoral Appointments for the 2026/2027 pastoral year. The appointments include new missions for priests, a transitional deacon, and two seminarians. The bishop says the appointments respond to the pastoral needs of the different islands.
