Cardinal Tagle celebrates 125th anniversary of Catholic faith in Bougainville

Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle celebrated the 125th anniversary of the Catholic faith in Bougainville. He presided over a Jubilee Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Cathedral and conveyed the greetings and blessing of Pope Leo XIV. The celebration recalled the first Mass celebrated on August 7, 1901, by two missionary priests.
