Cardinal Luis Antonio G. Tagle addressed new Bishops of the territories overseen by the Dicastery for Evangelization. The Dicastery is called to accompany, support and collaborate with the new particular Churches. Cardinal Tagle outlined the tasks, structures and activities of the Section for First Evangelization and the New Particular Churches.
