Pope names Carlos Márquez apostolic administrator of Guarenas

Carlos Márquez, auxiliary bishop of Caracas, is appointed apostolic administrator of Guarenas after the death of Bishop Tulio Ramírez. The appointment comes after the see became vacant. Márquez takes on the new role in Venezuela.
