Chaminade University of Honolulu opens academic year with spiritual convocation

Chaminade University of Honolulu began its new academic year with its annual spiritual convocation on Aug. 26.

Tasha Castro, the university's director of campus ministry, delivered an oli to open the gathering. The event took place in the recently refreshed Mystical Rose Oratory and served as the first major event held at the location.
