Archbishop of Cali assesses earthquake damage

Monsignor Luis Fernando Rodríguez Velásquez is distraught over the situation in Valle del Cauca after the earthquake. The Church will adapt a structure to provide temporary housing for the displaced. Engineers from various ecclesial movements are studying the damage to buildings.
