Arquidiócesis de Puerto Montt holds Jornada Vocacional 2026

The Archdiocese of Puerto Montt held its 2026 Vocational Day on September 4 at the Colegio Inmaculada Concepción in Puerto Montt. Organized by the archdiocese's vocational ministry and the school, the event brought together students from local Catholic schools to explore their purpose and vocation through listening and reflection.

Archbishop Fernando Ramos opened the program by welcoming the participants and encouraging them to enjoy this stage of their lives. The schedule included a presentation by Pablo Concha regarding what students are called to, and a forum where Father Mariano Fuentealba and Sister Rebeca Yáñez shared their life testimonies and answered questions.

Students also visited interactive stands representing the diaconate, family life, consecrated life, and the priesthood. The event concluded around noon with prayer and a blessing to encourage the youth to apply what they learned within their own pastoral communities.
