The Con+Pasión cooperative has grown to employ 23 workers in 2026, helping individuals transition from homelessness to the workforce. Based at the San Sebastián de Pomar parish in Badalona, the project grew from efforts to support people facing extreme hardship.

Father Felipe Simón Muñoz, who has served at the parish since 2010, explained that the cooperative began in 2022. The initiative followed earlier work by the Domus Misericordiae Sant Josep Foundation, which provided housing and immediate aid to those in need. The parish recognized that stable employment was a necessary next step for these individuals.

The cooperative operates alongside a chapel for perpetual adoration, following the Benedictine principle of praying and working. Father Muñoz stated that the spiritual support from the chapel sustains the various workshops managed by the project.
