Diocese of São José dos Campos grants priest use of orders

The Diocese of São José dos Campos grants the use of orders to Father Carlos Augusto Lisboa Santos, a priest of the Opus Dei prelature. The decree was issued in response to a request from the Regional Vicar of Opus Dei for Brazil. Father Santos is now authorized to exercise his priestly ministry in the diocese.
