Bishop forms College of Consultors

Mons. Rubén Darío Jaramillo Montoya, Bishop of Montería, has established the College of Consultors. He appointed nine priests as members. The Bishop made the appointments according to universal Church law and canon 502 § 1 of the Code of Canon Law.
