El clero inicia el curso con los pies en la realidad y la mirada en el plan pastoral

Priests and deacons from the Diocese of Málaga and Melilla met to begin the new course with a focus on assessing the local reality to prepare a new pastoral plan. Bishop José Antonio Satué led the meeting, which included retired bishop Jesús Catalá and various members of the clergy.

During the session, Bishop Satué presented a survey for the clergy and outlined the steps for developing the 2028–2033 Pastoral Plan. The bishop explained that this year will be dedicated to studying the current situation of the diocese so that the upcoming plan is specifically designed for the needs of the local Church. He noted that the following year will focus on writing and finalizing the document.

Salvador Gil, the vicar for pastoral ministry, presented the itinerary for preparing the new plan. The meeting included prayer led by the delegate for the clergy, José Emilio Cabra, at the Casa Diocesana.
