Bishop of Ibiza appoints new dean

Mons. Vicent Ribas, Bishop of Ibiza, has appointed Mons. José Martínez Franco as the new Dean of the Cathedral Chapter. Mons. Martínez Franco succeeds in the position. The appointment was made by the Bishop of Ibiza.
