Mozambican Cardinal Julio Duarte Langa dies

Cardinal Julio Duarte Langa, emeritus bishop of Xai-Xai, has died at 98. He led the diocese for 28 years, including during a long civil war. Langa was the second cardinal in Mozambican church history.
