SIGNIS World Congress in Africa to discuss media's role in peace

The first-ever SIGNIS World Congress in Africa will discuss the role of media in promoting peace and digital ethics. The Congress will be held in Kigali, Rwanda, from August 3-8. A Kenyan Catholic scholar says the gathering will reflect on the historical significance of communication in Rwanda.
