Former Police Ombudsman welcomes Belfast priests’ saints cause

Baroness Nuala O’Loan, the former Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland, welcomed the opening of the causes for sainthood for two priests from Belfast. Bishop McGuckian has initiated the process to recognize Father Hugh Mullan and Father Noel Fitzpatrick as potential saints.
