Giannutri, Legambiente denuncia pesca e ancoraggi nelle aree protette

Legambiente has reported illegal fishing and boat anchoring within protected waters near Giannutri. The environmental association is calling for increased monitoring in the sea areas belonging to the Parco Nazionale dell’Arcipelago Toscano.

According to reporter Lorella Pellis, the association identified 2 fishing nets at Cala Maestra on Saturday, September 12. Legambiente also reported that boats are anchoring on Posidonia oceanica, even in areas close to the coast.
