Nigerian Bishops urge faithful to vote in 2027 elections

Nigerian Bishops are urging the faithful to participate in the 2027 general elections. Bishop Dauwa Yohanna and Monsignor Matthew Man-Oso Ndagoso warned against political apathy and encouraged Christians to obtain voter cards and vote. The Bishops stated that not voting is a defeatist mentality and that poor leadership has led to neglect, insecurity, and economic decline.
