US Bishops prepare for 500th anniversary of Our Lady of Guadalupe

United States bishops are planning a national pastoral program to prepare for the 500th anniversary of the apparition of Our Lady of Guadalupe in 2031.

Under the plan, every Catholic diocese in the United States will receive a copy of the image of Our Lady from the tilma of Saint Juan Diego. These images will then travel on pilgrimage through various parishes and pastoral communities.
