Cardenal Martínez Flores blesses Virgin monument

The Archbishop of Asunción, Cardenal Adalberto Martínez Flores, will bless a monument to the Virgin Nuestra Señora de la Asunción. The ceremony will take place at the Costanera Norte. The Virgin is the Patrona del Paraguay.
