Inirr, 2021-2026 - Une démarche inédite de reconnaissance et de réparation

In brief

KTO has produced a film documenting the work of the Inirr, a body established in 2021 to create a path of recognition and reparation for victims of sexual violence in the Church. The film follows the mission of Marie Derain de Vaucresson, a lawyer and former children's ombudsman, who led the instance from November 2021 until the end of her mandate in September 2026.

The documentary includes interviews with victims supported by the Inirr, thematic reports on the operations of the instance, and a final interview with Derain de Vaucresson. The project aims to record the processes of recognition and restoration experienced by victims and the measures implemented by the body during its five-year term.
