Juventud pone en marcha la experiencia #Despierta

The Diocese of Málaga will host the #Despierta experience from October 16 to 18 at the Casa Diocesana in the Betania building. This program aims to encourage young people to share their faith with others by fostering a personal encounter with Jesus Christ.

The event is designed for young people between the ages of 18 and 35 who are sent by their parishes, brotherhoods, movements, congregations, or associations. Priests who lead youth ministry in their communities are also invited to attend. The program uses interactive and active training to help participants lead their own groups and communicate their faith to the world.

The experience begins at 19.00 on Friday and concludes after lunch on Sunday. The cost is 95€, a lower price than the previous year because the Diocese is subsidizing part of the expense. Delegate José Miguel Porras stated that the Diocese is covering some costs because of the importance of training young people to evangelize. He also noted that those facing financial difficulties should contact the delegation. Participants are encouraged to attend the entire event rather than only parts of it.
