Bishop Lisane-Christos Matheos Semahun of Ethiopia's Eparchy of Bahir Dar - Dessie has changed how he administers the Sacrament of Confirmation due to kidnappings in the Amhara region. He sends staff instead of going himself. Kidnappers target Church leaders for ransom.
