The Archbishop of Udine has promulgated a new document titled "May they be one so that the world may believe," which establishes new deaneries and vice-deaneries.

The document follows a two year revision of the diocese's pastoral collaboration project. This revision process began in 2018 and follows eight years of testing the project within the local Church. The work builds on a diocesan process of collaboration that started during the 2010–2011 period.
