Pope Leo XIV celebrated his 71st birthday this week while participating in several official activities.

During the week, the Pope welcomed new bishops and met with bishops from El Salvador, who presented him with a first-class relic of Saint Oscar Romero. He also visited the Apostolic Archive and met with participants of the IV Fratelli tutti synodal meeting. Additionally, the Pope held a remembrance for the victims of the September 11 attacks.
