LA SICILIA RILANCIA IL CAMMINO DI SAN GIACOMO: 130 CHILOMETRI TRA FEDE, PAESAGGIO E COMUNITÀ RURALI

In brief

The Diocese of Patti has launched a pilot project to relaunch the Way of St. James, a 130-kilometer route through Sicily. The path begins at the Basilica of St. James in Caltagirone and ends at the Sanctuary of St. James in Capizzi.

The route passes through ten municipalities, crossing ancient railways, rural paths, forests, farmland, and villages. The project intends to connect faith and landscape with rural communities along the way.
