Las reparadoras del Corazón de Cristo llegan a Monteagudo

The Reparators of the Heart of Christ have arrived in the Monteagudo district to serve at Nuestra Señora de la Antigua Parish. The women religious, a diocesan institute founded in Toledo in 1977 by Luis María Mendizábal, will work in small fraternities of two sisters to support Christian life in villages and towns.

According to parish priest Carlos Casero, the sisters will participate in daily Eucharistic prayer at the parish church each morning. In the afternoons, they will carry out pastoral work by assisting with catechesis, visiting families and the sick, and helping with liturgical celebrations. Casero described their arrival as a gift during the current Jubilee Year.
