The Cambio program launched in Pemba, the capital of Mozambique's Cabo Delgado province, to help urban areas better prepare for and protect against frequent natural disasters.

Funded by Italian Cooperation and Avsi, the program aims to strengthen the country's urban structures to face the challenges of climate change. The project focuses on cities that are most vulnerable to recurring environmental catastrophes.
