Oregon withdraws disciplinary actions against Catholic counselor

The Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists has withdrawn its disciplinary order against Catholic counselor Frank Canepa. The case is being reconsidered in light of a recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court. The notice was filed with the Oregon Court of Appeals.
