Pope Leo XIV visited the shrine of Majka Dobrog Savjeta in Genazzano to mark the upcoming feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. During the visit, the Pope presented a golden rose to the Virgin Mary and unveiled a fresco depicting him in prayer. The artwork commemorates his first visit to the shrine on May 10, 2025.

During Mass, the Pope encouraged people to pray during uncertain times and to reflect on the life of Mary. He told the faithful to allow peace to grow within themselves so that it may spread to the rest of the world.
