Pope Leon holds general audience

Pope Leo XIV spoke about the dignity of the human person during a general audience on Wednesday, September 9, in St. Peter's Square. Bishop Iosif Păuleț attended the gathering with a group of priests from the Diocese of Iași.

During his catechesis, the Pope described the person as a being defined by communion and relationship. He explained that being a person involves a filial relationship with God and a fraternal relationship with others, which prevents a person from closing themselves off from the world.
