Mykola Cardinal Bychok, Eparch of Melbourne, has officially proclaimed the revised Eparchial Statutes by decree. The revised statutes concern the Parish Pastoral Council and the Parish Financial Council. The Eparch addressed the clergy, religious and faithful of the Melbourne Eparchy in a Pastoral Letter.
