Nuncio: nobody has right to reject foreigners

The apostolic nuncio in Portugal spoke at the Peregrinação do Migrante e do Refugiado in Fátima. He recalled accompanying people who left Portugal to find work abroad. The nuncio emphasized that nobody has the right to reject foreigners.
